The conditions below apply.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we buy back<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>AurumX bars only.<\/strong> The guarantee applies to bars purchased from AurumX, matched to your AurumX order number. You can sell up to the quantity on that order.<\/li><li><strong>Bars bought elsewhere \u2014 coming soon.<\/strong> We are preparing in-house authenticity testing for bars from other dealers. Leave your email on the <a href=\"\/en\/sell-gold\/\">Sell page<\/a> and we will notify you when this opens.<\/li><li><strong>Condition.<\/strong> Bars must be returned in their original sealed packaging. Unsealed, damaged or altered items are assessed individually and may receive a reduced offer.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How it works<\/h3><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Add to your sell list.<\/strong> Use the <em>Sell<\/em> button on any product, or go to <a href=\"\/en\/sell-gold\/\">Sell gold<\/a>.<\/li><li><strong>Verify your order.<\/strong> Enter your AurumX order number and the email address used for that order.<\/li><li><strong>See your live price.<\/strong> Our buyback price follows the live gold spot price minus a published margin. The quote refreshes every 5 minutes while you review it.<\/li><li><strong>Submit your request.<\/strong> The moment you submit, your price is locked. You receive a reference number (SR-\u2026) and a confirmation email.<\/li><li><strong>Deliver the bars.<\/strong> Choose <em>insured shipping<\/em> \u2014 we email you a free, prepaid, insured DHL or UPS label \u2014 or <em>drop-off in Amsterdam<\/em> by appointment.<\/li><li><strong>Verification &amp; payment.<\/strong> After we receive and verify the bars, we pay by bank transfer to an account in your own name within 1\u20132 business days. Cash payments are not possible.<\/li><\/ol><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conditions<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Identification.<\/strong> A copy of a valid ID and a bank account in the seller's own name are required for every buyback, in line with Dutch anti-money-laundering regulations (Wwft). ID copies are stored securely and used only for this purpose.<\/li><li><strong>Price lock.<\/strong> The locked price applies to the bars submitted, provided they reach us within 7 days of the request and match the order. Bars that arrive later or differ from the request are re-quoted at the current price after we contact you.<\/li><li><strong>Shipping risk.<\/strong> Parcels sent with our prepaid DHL or UPS label are insured by AurumX. If you use your own shipping method, the bars remain your responsibility until we sign for them.<\/li><li><strong>Refusal.<\/strong> AurumX reserves the right to refuse items that cannot be verified as authentic or as originally sold by AurumX.
