AurumX Buyback Guarantee

AurumX guarantees to repurchase every gold bar originally sold by AurumX, at any time, under the conditions below.

Scope. The guarantee applies only to bars purchased from AurumX, matched to your order number and the bar’s serial number.
Price. The buyback price follows the live gold spot price minus a published margin, quoted at the moment of your request. Quotes are valid for 24 hours.
Condition. Bars must be returned in their original sealed packaging. Unsealed, damaged or altered items are assessed individually and may receive a reduced quote.
Verification & payment. After we receive and verify the items, payment is made by bank transfer to an account in the seller’s own name within 1–2 business days. Cash payments are not possible.
Identification. A valid ID is required for every buyback, in line with Dutch anti-money-laundering regulations (Wwft).
Refusal. AurumX reserves the right to refuse items that cannot be verified as authentic or as originally sold by AurumX.
