Delivery

Every AurumX order is shipped fully insured, at my risk, until you sign for it.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched after payment has been received and, where required, identity verification is complete. Expected delivery is 1–4 days for bars in stock and 1–4 weeks for bars ordered from the refiner; the delivery time is shown on every product. Parcels are shipped in discreet, neutral packaging with no reference to gold or AurumX on the outside, as an insured PostNL, DHL or UPS shipment.

Signature required

Every parcel must be signed for by an adult. If nobody is available, the carrier follows its standard re-delivery or collection-point procedure. The risk passes to you at the moment of signature — until then the shipment is insured by AurumX.

Collection in Amsterdam

You can also collect your order at my Amsterdam office, by appointment only: Metaalbewerkerweg 21, 1032 KW Amsterdam. Bring a valid identity document; the order is handed over to the buyer in person.
