How are your prices calculated?

Every price follows the live gold spot price plus a transparent premium per weight. What you see is what you pay: no hidden costs.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped fully insured with signature on delivery, in discreet neutral packaging.

Can I sell my gold back to AurumX?

Yes. Every bar bought at AurumX is covered by my buyback guarantee: I buy back what I sell, at transparent rates.

Are your bars certified?

I sell only LBMA-accredited refiner bars. Each bar arrives sealed with an integrated certificate and serial number.

Which payment methods do you accept?

iDEAL | Wero and bank transfer (SEPA). Large orders can be settled by bank transfer after price confirmation.

Do I pay VAT on investment gold?

Investment gold is VAT-exempt in the Netherlands under EU rules.
